Our company is a private owner-managed support provider aiming to deliver high-quality person-centered support for young people aged 16-25 including care leavers. We provide specialised support for young people including those with emotional needs in a semi-independent setting.

Our Vision

To create a supportive and empowering environment that provides young people with the skills, resources, and confidence they need to successfully transition into adulthood. We envision a service that values the individuality of each young person and provides tailored support that meets their unique needs and goals.

Our goal is to help these young people develop the life skills they need to live independently, including budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and communication. We also aim to foster a sense of community and belonging among the young people in our service and to provide them with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Ultimately, our vision is to empower these young people to reach their full potential and live fulfilling meaningful lives.

Our Ethos

We firmly believe that every young person aged 16-25 has the right to be supported into a successful transition from childhood to adulthood regardless of their background or circumstances. This support must be able to respond appropriately to the young person’s changing needs, yet have consistency that builds trusting relationships with young person to enable strong foundations to be established.
