Well managed move from home to placement. I know mum and dad appreciated the home visit and felt reassured after meeting you. Gabe (previous TM) said all calls, emails and updates had been received from placement quickly and efficiently. The house was clean and looked well cared for. When I visit staff were interacting with YP or completing paperwork. A challenging situation on my first visit was managed gently and effectively meaning none was hurt and the YP was able to get to baseline quickly and with minimum disruption. The YP has stated their request to stay at the property suggesting they feel comfortable and at home. Staff have responded quickly with a ‘Plan B’ when a YP felt unsafe. This suggested to me Oasis would act quickly if they felt a YP was vulnerable and not tolerate bullying or unkindness within the home
